Salesianum Summer EDGE
UPDATE (5/12/20) - For the past three years, Salesianum Summer EDGE has provided students a unique opportunity to take academic courses during the summer months, allowing for increased schedule flexibility during the academic year and completion of prerequisites in areas of interest. This summer, the mission continues online – EDGE courses will be conducted virtually in Summer 2020. Please visit the course catalog(s) for additional details. The Summer EDGE Program is also dedicated to ensuring that our academic courses and enrichment programs are available to all members of our community. If you have questions or concerns about registering your student, please contact the EDGE leadership team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Salesianum Summer EDGE [Education, Development, Growth, and Enrichment] is a uniquely designed summer program that offers full and half credit courses for students entering ninth through twelfth grades. The primary goal of EDGE coursework is to create opportunities in student schedules during the traditional academic year, allowing students to prepare for more advanced coursework within a discipline, add flexibility for elective courses, and embrace an immersive experience in a chosen subject. Salesianum Summer EDGE is an extension of the school’s mission to “educate and develop the whole person” in the spirit of Saint Francis de Sales, fostering a culture of academic excellence and lifelong learning.
